Which destinations can you book from Luxembourg Airport?
The core routes serve the United States, Asia and the Middle East with several flights per week. Less common destinations, such as Johannesburg or South America, are possible too. Send us the destination and the dates and we confirm what is available.
What is the difference between CV Classic and CV Precious?
CV Classic is the lowest rate, with no priority at any point. CV Precious is dedicated to valuable goods and ranks above CV Classic, behind only healthcare, pharma, live animals and perishables.
What does Select change?
It is an add-on available on both service levels, against a surcharge. Your shipment takes priority over the other shipments of its own category. Worth it when the deadline does not move.
Can you fly crates that passenger aircraft refuse?
Yes. Luxembourg Airport handles full freighters, so oversize crates that exceed passenger aircraft limits can be booked, built up and flown from here. The maximum crate height is 3m. To avoid special loading surcharges, avoid crates longer than 6m or wider than 2.4m.
Can a courier travel with the shipment?
Yes. We book the courier on the cargo flight with the works, or on a passenger flight for the return. Access to the handling steps and the transfer between Cargo Center and passenger terminal are part of Courier Management.
